Audit Logs: Add the patient pseudonym to the logs of electronic results classified by a doctor

It is useful because without the pseudonym, it is hard to identify the patient whose results were classified by the doctor.

Ability to add video to a note in the patient file

Clinicians would be able to integrate videos of an issue and possibly the evolution of said issue, which is of a nature that is better captured by video than with pictures.
