We received a message from Dr. Laurence Chamberland of "gmfmtlest" asking us to add the option because if she has to print a note for medico-legal reasons, she needs her instructions to be visible.(See attachments)

Add pages number when printing elements from the patient files

When printing the complete patient file, page # and total pages printed are mandatory to be sure nothing is missing. It could be interresting to add this kind of counter at the bottom : INFORMATION CONFIDENTIELLE - PAGE 1/100 for example
