To be able to print faxes when you receive them without having to index it in a patient file

It would be useful to be able to print incoming faxes without having to index it to a patient. Particularly for faxes that are not related to any patients and that shouldn't be sent back to the sender.

Kiosk: add Canada Post directory when patients change address

When patients change their address on the Kiosk, they often make mistakes and it's very long. A clinic suggested adding the Canada Post directory so that patients could select from list when they start typing their address.

Keep a trace of incoming fax deletion

In large environment, it's mandatory to log every action took by users. Today, delete an incoming fax is not logged. Add the name of the user would be safer to review actions.
