Allow IPS/residents to fax someone else's prescription

Many IPS/residents would like to be able to fax someone else's prescription. I'm guessing that from a medico-legal standpoint, there might be a reason why we don't allow that, but clients will always find a way to bypass the rules.

Appointment booking in the patient file: name of the service when hovering over an available slot

When hovering over an available slot, the name could be shown so we know which service it is without the need to click on it. This would be most useful when "all" services are selected in the preceding step.
