Vital signs: Users would like the latest vital signs entered to be displayed in the patient's medical summary, even if the note they were entered in has not been approved.

User would like to be able to approve all vital signs separately from visit notes or even just always have the most recent vital signs shown regardless of if the note has been approved.

Lists: Ability to access history of patients added and removed from a specific list.

Sometimes users remove patients by mistake, and they would like to be able to access the history of patients added and removed from a list in particular. This could be added to the filters in the configuration wheel of the list tab.

Clinical note - add more Preventive Activities (or the option to add more)
