She mentions that most of the time MDs ask her how to do a payment request in MYLE and how to use the agency's billing sheet and she always has to explain it from scratch.

She states that it would be really helpful to have video that showcases the use of the payment request sheet in MYLE like this the Dr will have an idea on how to use it.
