Page 4 of the obstetrical forms, request to add an option called "Lock columns"

In Page 4 of the obstetrical forms, Dr Thomassin asked to add an option called "Lock columns" over the columns of the Prenatal Visits section that will allow users to lock the columns so they can scroll down and see all their notes like the dynamic forms in case they need to copy/paste information from one entry to the other or quickly compare entries without needing to scroll up or down to find their entry that was hidden by the columns
