Pronouns/prefix should be updated automatically when modifying the gender or sex at birth

Pronouns have the option to modify directly or have a pop-up window inviting the user to modify the pronouns/prefix when entering sex at birth and when changing the gender of a patient.

This would limit the risk of error when addressing a trans person specifically, but also any patients that do not identify with their sex at birth.
