Users would like to unapprove notes on their own, but only the notes they created/modified

same request for Dre Miryam Demers, stating that it is annoying especially on busy days to have to call for a simple action to unapprove a note.. they would like to have the ability to do so on their own, at least their own notes regardless if its the most recent or not.
