Having the ability to have more than 1 memo would also be beneficial for all projects requiring data transfer.
Currently, if a memo has been added during the grey zone in MYLE, but a memo was already present in the chart in the legacy EMR, the legacy memo would overwrite the newly added memo following data transfer.
The Data transfer team suggests having separate fields for the memo and for the user activity information, in order to better manage this data. See the AI rendered suggestion :
