Scheduling Rules to show availability of the FULL day right away (at least have the option)

 Concerning the Scheduling Rules availability in Patient Portal, currently, it shows the 2 first availabilities only and then it cascade from there, this is sectioned by AM / PM, so if you have a full day of appointment. The 2 first app in the AM and the 2 first app in the PM will be available, and cascades from there. The client wishes to have the option to skip this and show ALL availabilities at once so the patient can choose any time of the day their appointment.
