Ability to move the window that opens when creating a new patient file from the documents tab.

The doctor who requested this explains that this would save her a considerable amount of time because it would permit her to consult information in MYLE while she creates a new patient file from the documents tab. I believe this is best illustrated with a screen capture which I have included below.
