Add the ability to change the patient assignment from the Annotations page.

Go into any Myle environment, go into any document in annotation view.
It is not currently possible to change the name of the patient with which the document is assigned unless you go back and change it from the previous page.
Requester says this comes up often for them and costs them time.
They would like to request we Add the ability to change the patient assignment from the Annotations page.
