Set the Context of a Note based on the Service Type

Many physicians do both phone/telemed visits as well as in person visits. It would be extremely useful to have a "clinical note context" box saved within the service, so that when starting a clinical note from the appointment on the calendar, MYLE will choose the note context from the appointment.

Ex: A telephone appointment service, when booked, would change the context of a clinical note to "Over the Phone"

Ex: An appointment related to results follow up would change the context of a clinical note to "Results Review"
