Ability to see if fax numbers are up to date!

Ms. Hava Biba from "umflaurier" would like to add the mention "up to date" next to fax numbers which are up-to-date or which have recently been changed in the directory.

Doctors are increasingly concerned about the situation where they have cases with complex/urgent needs and do not know if the numbers are up-to-date.
