When a user is in the prescription section (in the note). If he clicks on prescribe, we cannot remove a molecule or add another.
Ideally, it becomes impossible to remove or add a molecule when the prescription is printed or faxed, or when the note is approved.

Mainly to have a more versatile way and options when mistakes are made with prescription to somehow be able to remove them/hide them complety from the note where it was made, or at least cross them with a Mistake mention visually. etc
