Be able to choose to make an appointment visible only for the provider

The clinic's personnel may book an appointment with a Dr from the clinic and don't want their appointments to be seen by their colleagues.

For example, add an option to select, called "Confidential" , near to Notifications, in the appointment details that will prevent all the users except the provider, to see this appointment in the calendar
