Currently, when a user with no service tries to create a note, the following error message appears:
A new note cannot be created because the current user has no configured speciality.
This doesn't help the client in any way, because what really has to be done is to simply give the user a service. This results in a lot of frankly pointless calls to the technical support team. If the message specified that a service has to be given to the user and that they should contact an administrator to do so, we would stop receiving such calls.
I personally get at least two of those calls every week and while it's usually no big deal, when we have a bunch of calls coming in, it feels ridiculous to spend time on something that the client could've fixed themselves in 2 minutes.
