Be able to send the medical summary to the portal

Dr Chan From Oakmount would like to be able to share the medical summary of his patients via the portal.

Right now, this option is not possible in MYLE.

The Dr would have to save the Medical summary as a PDF on the pc, index it as a document in the patient file and then Sync it to the portal.

Dr Chan would like to have the ability to directly Sync it to the portal without having to do all this.
