Calendar Service to default a set Encounter Template

When selecting the Calendar Service, the user would like a defaulted template or clickable text to auto appear in their Encounter Note.

The template/clickable text would be preset by the physician based on the Services available in the environment.

Example "pap" the physician would usually state the same sequence
