Perserve formating of information in Medical Summary > Active Problems section of note when displaying in the sidebar

Your idea: In the right-hand sidebar of a patient file, when displaying the information pulled from Medical Summary > Active Problems, formatting is not carried over. Therefore, line breaks do not appear and it makes some entries difficult/confusing to read.

– Affected user(s): Medical Staff

– Task affected: Interpreting the information displayed in the patient file quickly.

– Impact : Every time a medical staff must consult the patient file.

– Current state: Presently, anytime there is a line break in the Active problems section of Medical Summary, in the sidebar, it continues as a single sentence.

– Competition consideration: Unsure.
