Please make the UI Consultation and Exam Requests behave like prescriptions and updating past medical history

For prescriptions and updating past medical history, a side tab on the right-hand side pops up to populate the information. This is very helpful when jumping between parts of the patient chart. For Consultation and Exam Requests, the GUI does not behave like this, but instead creates a pop-up, which is less convenient to use. To be consistent within MYLE, these requests should pop up in a tab on the right side, like prescriptions and past medical history.
