to make the Room field available when booking appointments via the patient chart

– Affected user(s): medical and administrative users booking appointments.

– Task affected: The client would like to have the Room field when booking an appointment from the patient file. The Room field is only displayed in the Appointment Details.

– Impact : when entering information in Room field coming from other software like Vitr.ai

– Current state The client has to search for availability and return to the Calendar to see the Room field through the appointment details and then paste the information (from Vitr.ai for example).
