WSCB Forms - More detailed warning messages / clearer indicators

Many physicians have expressed that while they love the WSBC module, it can be extremely difficult to figure out which fields they might have missed.

When the user clicks payment request, it gives a warning saying that "Not all fields are filled out correctly" but the users would appreciate if it told them WHICH fields were not filled out in full so they can easily correct it.

The current small red asterisks are not visible enough to the users when looking back through the form. I've attached a couple of screenshots with possible solutions!
