Add the DEACTIVATED option in the parameters of other tabs (Ex: In BILLING)

CALENDAR and BILLING:

In the CALENDAR tab and the BILLING tab, user would like to have the DEACTIVATED option in the parameters of the tab like the one we offer in the RESULTS tab because it's polluting their clinicians list and it can be hard to find the right users
