Merge Documents

If there is an imaging or surgical being booked for the patient, changes are there are a lot of instructions to follow:

1. instructions

2. wait time

3. appointment notice

In other cases, there is the surgical consult and then the post op/follow up. users physicians would like to merge these types of documents together within a chart for less clicking and ease of scrolling.
