Form Previews (Before selecting a form)

Either similar to within the printer icon, where a preview of the document appears before selecting it to print, or, a small hover that shows what the form looks like before the user selects it. I've included some screenshots of some possible options.

Users do not always recognize the nomenclature of a form and the only way to check if they have the right form currently is to add it, and then delete it if it's incorrect.
