Put the dynamic forms in files in New Form section

PATIENT:

When they click on the + next to the word Forms in medical notes, users would like the dynamic forms to be put in folders with the Search Tags as their names in the New Form section so it will easier to find the folder by:

1. Searching the name of the form with the search bar

2. Clicking on the folder where they can find the form they need

3. Clicking on the form they need

The main goal of this update would to reduce the amount of forms that appear in the list after 1. and limit the amount of times users needs to scroll down to find their forms
