Ability to add more than one signature or include option when prescribing "verbal order by **Dr X"

Client wishes to have the ability to add more than one signature or to include option when prescribing "Verbal order by **Dr XYZ". It happens when the Dr verbally ask the nurse to prescribe XYZ medication for patient in question.
