In WOLF there is a diagnosis checklist. Example if the patient is diagnosed with Diabetes, there is an templated checklist that pops-up

1. with various handouts / documents the physician can portal to the patient to ensure [x] information is communicated

2. complex care guide for billing

3. complex care guide for screening

This can be pre-programmed / templated on the user end, allowing for easy charting and care management in the future
