On the Calendar users are able to modify an existing rule/template although the user does not have access to the scheduling tab. This should be limited to users that only have access to the scheduling tab
also client below would like to limit access for any user to modify timing of scheduling/services AND actual appointment time
their vision is basically a select few admin have the ability to adjust timing of anything Calendar related including appointments.
They want the clinician to simple follow exactly what is in the calendar
currently it seems (perceived at least from her perspective) like many clinicians are adjusting and elongating their appointment time too much /destabalizing their stats etc
