Emergency appointment

For emergency appointments, the first question after selecting who this appointment is for should be "When do you need this appointment for?Next 24h, next week to 2, next month, next 6 months"

Could this be imlemented in the curent flow and depending on the time they select it varries or should it be a totally different flow?
