*BC* Bill provider list independant of Appointment provider

Client wishes to have the ability to have a list of billing from a provider without the "billing" being attached to an appointment. Strickly from the provider itself. For exemple if Dr. Z bills under the appointment of Dr. X, in the report/list that bill will be under Dr. X not Z. Only way we see Dr. Z is in the note of the actual billing nowhere else, which is why this request.
