Communication - Task improvement related to note CSSSPNQL

Client wishes to have ability to add hypertexte or link to a specific note of a patient file in a Task instead of Patient name only to enhance efficiency and narrow the time spent to search for a note

their vision;

**Nurses would use this Task option to inform Dr. to confirm that they read the note, so the Dr through the task goes straight to the note, then in the note the Dr. would add a + or an indication to mention that he read the note.**

They mention that this would be very useful for many clinics in the system dispensaires Basse Côte-Nord, Unamen Shipu, Pakua Shipi and more (CSSSPNQL)
