Please add a field in users configuration for " Locum - Reporting to "

– Impact : Every time a Locum has to complete a form

For clinic's in BC, they frequently use Locum replacements. When doing so, all of the forms submitted by the locum need to be CC'd to the doctor they are replacing. Currently, in all the forms, there is already a field, "Copy To:" but there is no way for this field to pre-populate the name and information of the doctor they are replacing. This requires them to enter the information every time into each form they complete.
