Display Date of Birth instead of healthcard number in Patient Search
Patients rarely carry their healthcards now. Searching for a patient name displaying their date of birth would be easier (than a healthcard number that is not memorized).

The client would like the same idea, including NAM and date of birth in the search list to avoid opening the wrong file unnecessarily.
On the same nature of this request, they would like for the clinic to have the option to prompt a confirmation of access to a patient file as well to make sure to confirm the access;
