Keep the task Open after submitting a reply.

Whenever we submit a reply in a task, the task automatically closes and if a user forgot to completely modify it, i e change the status or delete. He will have to open the task again to do so.

This results in more clicks for the users.

Users at the cliniquedm would prefer keeping the task open even after submitting a reply.
