Patient file-->Clinicians-->Treating Staff add-->Speciality always need to be inputed manually, client want automatic

Client wishes to have the specialty selected by default instead of always having to input it manually and then select the exact one from the list. (too many clicks) (see pics for example of flow currentyl).
