Dr. Rutherford (spectrumhealth) would like the ability to be prompted in communications tab to open and review for overdue recalls and also have the ability to set the default setting to only viewing overdue thus requiring action. She would also appreciate a counter that would show the amount of overdue recalls directly in Portfolio.
Mme Catherine Blais (csssjm) would appreciate a counter for the recalls : the bottom red in Communications (as for Tasks) to show the number of recalls that are not completed and have a past due date.
