Add a secure way for patients to send their results and documents by Portal to their provider

PORTAL:

Add a secure way for patients to share their results and documents by Portal instead of sending them by email (not secure) or bring them in person for their appointment (the provider who'll see the patient may need to see it before the appointment).

They would like to find the documents patients share in the DOCUMENTS tab next to the ones MYLE users attach, but in a different color.

Example:

Black means the document normal

Red means the document is urgent

Purple means the document comes from the Portal account of a patient
