REPORTING TAB: Ability to be redirected to the patient file directly from the dashboard / detailed list of patients.

BC users would need a faster way to add a MRP to a patient non-registered other than copy/pasting the MSP # from the dashboard into the calendar search. A direct link from the dashboard to the patient file would be a great option for them (especially for patient pannels requirements)
