Hide lists from the patients banner

Some clinics would like to be able to inactivate a list without deleting it or, to be able to hide it from the patients banner.

Fondation du Dr Julien for example need to keep all of their lists so they put (Inactive) in the front of the lists they don't use anymore but they all appear in patients banner.

If we could have a way to deactivate a list so they would be hidden form the banner and the list of lists it would be very helpful for these clinics that use a lot of lists.
