CRDS in Portfolio include Site filter instead of Configuration Site

Client would like to be able to filter the CRDS section in Portfolio by site. Currently, choosing the Site in configuration is inefficient and inaccurate as well as it seems that some sites are pooled together in the CRDS's perspective hence in the CRDS list in MYLE would give same results regardless of some site chosen.
