Ability to access MDBilling without the need to create a note

Reported by WHATCOMMEDICAL: For some patients (menno), the clinic does not necessarily need to chart a note but do require an MDBilling claim, they mention:

'' Doctors opening up a chart note in MYLE to bill these is not a solution as this does not make sense it just wastes doctors time as no need to chart visit in our computer but of course should reflect correct date billed. ''

They would appreciate a way to be able to bill for this type of patient without requiring the MD to create a note. Perhaps an access similar to private billings in the patient's chart but for MDBilling.
