Ability to view the medication note written by the doctor when selecting the medication

– Affected user(s): clinical users.

– Task affected: The client would like to be able to select a medication from the list of active medication, and be able to view the note associated with it when the doctor prescribed that medication. Instead of looking for the medical note that contains the medication to see the prescription note related to the medication.

– Impact : When prescribing or consulting the medication history.

– Current state The client needs to go to the medical note to see the prescription note and know if it was increased or decreased.
