Ability to see the status of entries approved by Medfar in the centralized directory in green

Hava Bibba from "umflaurier" made the request below about the centralized directory :

When a number (an entry) is awaiting approval in the centralized directory, its status is orange.

She wants to know when it is approved by us if it is possible for it to go green in order to know that it's been approved.

She said it would be much more convenient for secretaries.
