Ability to modify the dosage of / adjust a prescription without creating a note

Dr. Kimberly Rutherford - spectrumhealth notes: A specialist sends a report noting they have ADJUSTED the dose of a medication or STOPPED a medication - there is no way to adjust a medication or stop a medication without opening a new note. I can add a new medication, but am unable to adjust the dosage.

Currently: able to modify (interrupt, decrease or increase) but we cannot adjust more details of the dosage without creating a note first.

Improvement: more obtion in the pen button in the prescriptions that allows users to modify the prescription's details without creating a note beforehand.
