Ability to redact/censor parts of a medical note before sending it as required by law

– Task affected: The client would like to be able to redact/censor parts of the medical notes before sending them to the CNESST, as there is certain information that the employer doesn't need to know.

The doctor is legally bound to redact them because he does not have the patient's consent to disclose certain information, according to the law on access to medical records L4S chapter 2 dossier de l'usager article 19.

– Impact : The doctor needs to redact for almost 1 of 5 patient file requests.

– Current state Currently, the physician must print out the patient record and redact it by hand.
