Ability to view a scanned video in MYLE (in the patient documents) w/o being downloaded

Currently, when we click on the scanned video, it's automatically downloaded on the computer.

We need to be able to view the video w/o being downloaded

It's useful because the video may contain some confidential patient information. Anyone who clicks on the video (sometime by mistake), it will be uploaded on his device. It may also be unsecure for the computers, Éric Gervais - GMF-U TROIS-RIVIÈRES
