Sync doctor's appointments with their cellphone calendar app

The client wishes for their appointments to appear in the calendar of their cellphone.

Impact: this would prevent doctors from missing their appointments if they have more than one MYLE calendar to keep track of at the same time (when working in multiple clinics with different environments).
